Blessed Rest by Payal ™ is an intuitive self-care exploratory 53-card deck including 40 aphorisms, 5 action cards and 5 breathwork cards. Written during the height of the pandemic, Payal dedicated her inspirational quotes to her yoga students. Every week she sent affirmations to motivate, encourage, nurture and nudge her students to join her on Zoom for yoga class. The drawings on the back of each card were created in Covid quarantine, when Payal isolated for 3 weeks. Drawing felt therapeutic and a way for her to self-soothe.

Blessed Rest by Payal ™ is born out of love. Our collective and individual birthright is blessed rest. When we rest, we heal.
